Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – Welcome to Tanzania
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. This day is reserved for relaxation after your international flight and preparation for the unforgettable safari adventure ahead. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Arusha town and beautiful views of Mount Meru. Overnight at a comfortable safari lodge or hotel in Arusha.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast in Arusha or Moshi, you will begin your safari adventure with a drive to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most beautiful wildlife parks. Tarangire is famous for its giant baobab trees, large elephant herds, and beautiful landscapes. During the game drive, you will have the chance to see elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, antelopes, and many bird species. The Tarangire River attracts many animals, especially during the dry season, making the park excellent for wildlife viewing. You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing with more game drives in the afternoon. Later, you will drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will drive toward the world-famous Serengeti National Park through the beautiful Ngorongoro Highlands. Along the way, you will enjoy amazing views of local villages, valleys, and wildlife. As you enter Serengeti National Park, your safari experience immediately begins with game viewing across the endless plains. Serengeti is home to lions, elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, leopards, zebras, wildebeests, and many other animals. The park is also famous for the Great Migration and breathtaking African scenery. You will enjoy an afternoon game drive before heading to your safari lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight stay in Serengeti.

Day 4: Full Day Serengeti Safari
After an early breakfast, you will enjoy a full-day safari experience in the beautiful Serengeti National Park. Your professional safari guide will take you to the best wildlife viewing areas where you may see predators hunting, elephants moving across the plains, and large herds of wildebeests and zebras grazing in the savannah. The Serengeti offers one of the best wildlife experiences in Africa with endless landscapes and incredible photography opportunities. You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park surrounded by nature before continuing with more game drives in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at your safari lodge or tented camp in Serengeti.

Day 5: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, you will enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti before driving toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you will continue spotting wildlife while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Tanzania’s highlands. Upon arrival near the crater rim, you will have time to relax and enjoy breathtaking views overlooking the famous Ngorongoro Crater. The cooler weather and peaceful environment make this a perfect place to rest after your Serengeti adventure. Dinner and overnight at a lodge in Karatu or near the crater rim.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Safari – Return to Arusha
After an early breakfast, you will descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive inside one of Africa’s most famous wildlife destinations. The crater is home to a large concentration of animals including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, hyenas, flamingos, and the rare black rhino. You will enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool while surrounded by breathtaking scenery and wildlife. After the game drive, you will ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha in the afternoon. This marks the end of your unforgettable 5 Days Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari in Tanzania.
